Hi Eka,
I'm diggin the vids, way to make it accessible. These make a nice intro to the practices.

You might like to know that this 3rd vid is cutting out half way through. I tried it 3 times now and it always stops when you start to mention the 2nd secret while walking to the park. Don't know if it's just me... maybe I'll try from a different comp later.

Also, just a quick note for future videos... I find the screen saver behind you a tad distracting.
