Fellow Heroes,

I have been invited to train with my teacher's teacher in Georgia (the country, not the state).  I leave on Friday and spend about 8 days all-told in travel and training.

I am super grateful that I can do this...that I have what I need to make this happen: health, time, $$, friends and teachers in support.


I invite you now to take a moment for gratitude.  Gratitude practice is actually one of the most easy and direct ways to release stress and elevate your positive mood.  

Zoë Wild of Wild Life Coaching is a specialist in gratitude practice, and helps me to reconnect with this energy on a regular basis.

So, take a moment and recall all the amazing things in your life, and remember to notice how it makes you feel in your body.

These can be small things: I really appreciate my new backpack.  They can be big things: I am healthy and have friends that care and support me.  Whatever you choose, breathe it in and feel it fully.

So, as this is a League update, please know that practice groups are cancelled from the 7th through the 16th.  As well, any yoga classes are being subbed by other awesome peeps through the 15th- I'll be back to teach at 7th Heaven on Sunday the 16th.

I am so psyched to do this training, of course because I will receive so much tangible benefit in my life...but also because I will have so many awesomeness goodies to bring back to you.

Get ready to see a new push of energy once I get back.
